How do I keep my wallet safe?

• Backup your seed words

ONTO Web strongly recommends that you keep your seed words in a safe place. Importing seed words is the last way to recover the funds upon the device crashes or the browser resets. It’s suggested you write down your 12 words on a piece of paper and store them safely where only you can visit them.

Note: if you lose your seed words, ONTO Web will not be able to help you retrieve your seed words and wallet assets.

Do not disclose your seed words to any person or organizations, or the other party will take control of your assets.
