Why hasn't my balance updated?

ONTO Web is the first cross chain extension wallet and it usually load a huge of data so requires more time to refresh the balance. If your balance has not updated please try the following workarounds,

1- Switch your device network

2- Restart the browser and reopen the Web wallet
