Enable or Disable Passwordless Transaction

After enabling passwordless transaction, users can authorize transfers using biometric authentication.

Enable Passwordless Transaction

First, enable biometric authentication of fingerprint or face in the phone settings.

Then enable passwordless transaction in ONTO: fingerprint authentication available in ONTO Android version, face authentication or fingerprint authentication available in ONTO iOS version.

• Open ONTO

• On "Assets" page, tap on the wallet name in the top left corner to open "Manage wallets" page

• On "Manage wallets" page, ONT ID wallets are shown by default, users can tap on the logo of the chain on the left of "Manage wallets" page to check single-chain wallet

• Tap on "···" button on the right of the wallet name to open "Details" page

• On "Details" page, tap on “Passwordless Transaction”

• On "Passwordless Transaction" page, tap on the on-off button on the right of "face authentication" or "fingerprint authentication"

• In the pop-up window, enter password and tap on "Confirm", then recognize fingerprint or face to enable passwordless transaction

Disable Passwordless Transaction

• On "Passwordless Transaction" page, tap on the on-off button on the right of "face authentication" or "fingerprint authentication"

• Tap on "Confirm" in the pop-up window to disable passwordless transaction
